i guess the gap can only help us get admitted. I am way above average with my GPA, but right in where the majority of other latino canadates scored. Hopefully I will get a better look at. Only time will tell.

I am sooooo sick of you people dissing Third Tier schools. You all are obnoxious jerks!! First of all rating change year after year. An example would be Dickinson School of law. Last year they were Third Tier, this year they are second!! So all of your logic is incorret, Also why diss third tier, what about forth?? I mean are they so bad that you can't even make fun of them. Again another stupid reason. I don't think you should make fun of any of the schools. Everyone goes to a specific school for a reason. Each law school in its own way is great. Also have you noticed that the so called better schools are the older ones. The only real fact is that most schools that are newer are not going to placed higher then third or fourth tier, even if they are a great school. The ranking are flawed, so many people have said that. Still like I was saying, the TTT stuff has got to stop. It is getting rediculous. Study hard, get into the school you want to and go on with your life. Does everyone have such a low self esteem that they have to bash other schools.?? Law school is hard to get into no matter which school, any school is a great acomplishment. Everyone who bashing lower tier schools obviously doesn't have anything else to do. That is just a shame. This board should be about helping everyone, not bashing everyone. Sorry if my comments affend anyone, but I just wanted to give my two cents. Most of you won't listen anyway.

You forgot about Stetson Univerisity in Florida. Also when I did it, I had to go to the office of judicial affairs. There they will look up your record to see if you have any judicials or anything like that. Last year when I did it, I went to my specific dean in my major, that was actually wrong, but he filled it out for me anyway. "Dean of Judicial Affairs" is the best place to go, when they ask if you have been in trouble at the school. If they only ask for grades and graduation requirments met, then you can go to your local "registar".

Duquesne still hasn't requested reports from me, they told me they have recieved my application but have yet to request reports. Anyone else in the same situation with other schools?? or Duquesne?
I took one, it was for a financial math class. I suck at math, so the decision was well worth any small amount of doubt giving by addmissions. I probibly would have got a C or C- in the class. Other than that, I have never gotten anything under a B in college. I really don't think it matters, although my regular gpa went down by .01 i think b/c of it. from a 3.6 to a 3.59 by LSAC. That kinda pissed me off!!
I'm applying there also, I just ignored it and sent my normal personal statement. I don't remember if I changed the font to make it a one pager or not, but it probibly was its normal 1 and a half pager. Don't worry about it so much, it really isn't that big a deal as long as your PS isn't like you said like 3 or more pages.
