why does it have to be liberal? i would think if it has to be anything, it's conservative. the conservatives are the ones who thrive on the "scare" factor.

I should have guess you were a close-minded conservative. See the pre-law post on baby whining and how it relates to republicans.

I don't see how any of you can determine whether or not the suit has merit without knowing all the facts first...

Simply saying that you think Dan Brown is such a good author that he wouldn't need to plaigerize is a pretty bad defense in my opinion...

That's like saying that you know Barry Bonds doesn't take steroids because he is such a good baseball player that he doesn't need steroids...

And for all you know, whatever work of his that impressed you could have been plaigerized just the same...

Its crap cause the ideas Brown uses in his book, he readily admits that they aren't his but other theological theories from others.  So this other dude is saying he is the one who made up the Holy Grail theory? TOTAL CRAP.

I've never heard of this - what is it? Do you get some jacked up piece of writing and have to correct everything?

no, u are wrong. If you participate in any moot court competition, either in school, or between schools, no matter how u placed, you put it on. Period.

i think moot court is run differently at different school, judging from the responses about competing against other schools. Many schools have moot court competitions that are only comprised of teams from students from the school. And then there are moot court teams where u compete against other schools. If u competed in either, i would put this on your resume. Winning wouldn't matter; only a bonus.
