yeah, I'm a 1L who plays undergrad basketball in my spare time...

Sands, we have a similar situation, but slightly different - I play undergrad basketball, but am a 1L in my spare time.  Boy, I sure hope we don't get too far in March, I am starting to get behind!

I remember that case (Garner v. Gerrish), but isn't that a jurisdictional policy?  When one party can terminate, some jurisdictions hold that the tenant has a Life Estate Determinable...

Lipper, that appears correct, thanks!

Perhaps some of you great legal minds out there can help unravel this...

"A tenancy at will must be terminable by the landlord or by the tenant and not by one of them alone."  discuss :)

Zona v. Wake Forest - Let me tell you about that game, we are a different team from that game, that was one of the first games we played.  They beat us by 3 points, and it was in New York.  We had them beat by some 13 points at the half, and our game collapsed.  If we played them today, we would beat them.

Kansas pulled out something amazing in Kentucky, but I still think that North Carolina and Illinois are on a whole different level from anyone playing right now.

How about Kansas v. Zona in the tourney, lets open up our checkbooks :)

BTW - My Final Four, a guess as to "bracketology" would be:

Wake Forest
North Carolina

I hear you Sands...  I am a Wildcat, of the Arizona type.  And I sure do remember that great win we had in your home arena, down by about 20 at half, and we snap your home streak, does it get much better for victory?

Anyway, Keep your eye on Zona, we have the best raw talent in the league (as do you, but you need Simien back soon!).  I do tip my hat off to Kansas, who I think could be Illinois!

Just wondering, have any of you missed a BIG issue in an exam question?
