At the beginning of the year, he intimidated me.  But by the time the year was over, he was one of my favorite teachers.  Probably the one I have the most respect for as in his true knowledge of the law he teaches.

By the way, do you guys have Booker on your schedule for Ethics?   Or what do you take when your Intro class is finished?

Almost doesn't count!  If you look at his picture on some of the old Photo collages,  He is hardly recognizable!  Don't get me wrong, I do respect his knowledge and he is the last person I would want to be accross the table from in negotiations or facing in court.

What did somebody spike his coke?  Or did he finally find a cell phone that works?

You study for contracts over Christmas break.  Hope you didn't think you were actually going to get a holiday! ::)

Good Idea!  I do the same thing, sort of.  We have to study a lot of actual cases.  So I print them out for several weeks ahead, and carry the folder and my highlighters at all times.

I am in my second year of night school.  I work full time and have three very active kids (scouts, band, ect)  It is all in how bad you want it and what you want.  I still manage to lead my daighter's girl scout troop and chaperone my son's marching band.  Difference now is I carry flash cards and cassete tapes with me everywhere.  When we go camping, I get to take an extra bag - my school books.  In many ways I am setting an example for my older kids because they see how hard I work and they are learning that sometimes when you want something, you have to really work and sacrifice for it.  As for my youngest son, 6 yrs, he and I catch time reading on the nights I am home and the weekends.  The key is having a family that supports you.  If my husband and kids didn't understand how important this is to me, I couldn't make it.  It is tougher than anything I have ever done, but in the end, it will be worth it.

Thanks!  I have found the E&E books to be helpful in the past.  I will add this one to my collection!

Anyone have any tried and true advice or suggested study aids for evidence?  It seems to be a morass of conflicting rules.
