Exhausting was the consensus when we took it.  I have no idea about the penguin torts.  However, I do know that the religious affiliation of the rabbi and the priest are not admissible under evidence to enhance their character.

I don't think you will see any nursery rhymes on the test.  Maybe some defensless cats, but I don't remember any nursery rhymes.  I do seem to remember a question about I think it was plastic snakes and lizards in a mailbox, but that might have been on the final.

You will do fine.  Just remember to mark out the obvious wrong ones and pick the best one (not necessarily correct) from what is left.  Don't second guess yourself.

Perhaps you should compare some of your briefs to the canned briefs.  Maybe you are over analyzing in your own briefs and making more work for yourself.

Yes you need a new diet - one that allows GS cookies and beer - but not at the same time!

I am taking Civil Pro and Property both right now.  Civil Pro is lots of rules to remember and apply.  Property is lots of archaeic terms.  Once you get past the Rule of Perpetuities, property doesn't seem do bad.  I am really not having a problem with either, it is Evidence that is kicking my butt.
