Any word on its accredition status? What are the chances of it getting ABA-Approved. Is there any chance it gets closed down if its denied ABA Accredition?
Any reply would help as I'm thinking of applying there. 12

If I plan on practicing law in my own state, and I decide/or I'm forced to go to a state accredited Law School(ie. John Marshall Law School-Atlanta), what are the major differences in ABA vs. Non-ABA approved other than practicing in other states?

I'm currently a junior with a 3.35 GPA in Finance. I plan on taking the LSAT this spring. Suppose I made a 150-155(Thats what I've been making on the "practice tests"), what tier would I generally be placed in? I'm looking for a school in the Southeast...any suggestions on realistic schools for me?
