Hi, canuck,
Thanks for your offer. Sounds good for me. During last seven years I've been living in Fort Lee, NJ - main Korean community center on East Coast. I know people, they are hardworking, very quiet, ideal neighbors. And I love Korean food! By the way, I just came from Korean restourant ten minutes ago, but I had sushi this time (I am a sushi addict).
My name's Konstantin Levinovsky. Came from Moscow, Russia in 1991. I am a bit older than you, graduated ..16 years ago. My undergrad and grad years were fantastic, and I got stock mentally in these years forever. So I still young inside. Do not worry - I am quiet guy, no laud music/TV, favorite activity - reading. I worked out 2-3 times a week in my gym, even started low-cholesterol diet recently. I'd like to improve myself in many directions.
I am going PT evening, and I am not planning to work at least first semester, because I don't know how can I manage this after all these years.
I see mutual benefits for both of us in your offer. For example,
as a local guy w/car I can show you everything in NYC area etc.
I saw this double room in a New Residence Hall. It looks OK w/private bathroom and small hall w/additional bed (for guests?). Rooms are separate and big enough. And they mentioned some other areas for law students, but I didn't see them.
So I am gladly accept your offer. The only problem I see is some requirements on application. It is said that roomates request must be mutual, and application and deposit for both parties should be submitted in the same envelope.
What we're gonna do? Should I send my application w/deposit tomorrow or should I wait? If they need my appl with yours I can bring it in personally tomorrow.
Let me know.
