I thought about it but decided to save the money and pick up a good book. I have heard from friends that go to other law schools that it isn't especially useful. Oftentimes the valuable tips are given to everyone at orientation.

So are you from San Diego or elsewhere? I transferred to SDSU two years ago and have been loving San Diego ever since. I thoought about New York but was very excited about rent prices there especially when I was able to buy a condo here for about the same payment. Not to mention the weather is a hundred times better. .

I think you are right on the cusp..... Your LSAT is better than mine was(149) but luckily my GPA carried me(3.5). I think for applicants like you and I the personal statement makes or breaks you. You will hear many say that things are not looked at aside from LSAT/GPA but I really think when you are on the fence it does. I was very dissapointed with my LSAT score and was scared I would not get in anywhere. I ended up getting in at New York Law School, waitlisted at USF and in at Cal Western. I really feel my personal statement helped me alot. Have professors read it and really focus on that unless you are retaking the LSAT.

Hey everybody,

:o Just wanted to see who will be attending Cal Western this Fall. I am not entirely decided by it is likely this is where I am going. What about everyone else? Is everyone mostly from California or is there others coming from out of state? Does anyone now if they are having an admitted students day?

Can't wait to hear from everyone!

Go Seton for sure... I have also been accepted to Cal Western. I am waiting to hear from Seton Hall still. My cousin goes there and really likes it. I think job placement would still be better back in CA from a T2 school then a T4 school. Go for Seton Hall...if i get accepted that is where I am going....

I put in my first deposit.....Second one is coming up. This will be a major change, I live in San Diego by the beach now. I have put my deposit down but still have two schools to here from. So I have heard this school is a bit on the light side socially. We will have to shake that up a bit!!! Anyone else from Ca?

Well I applied and was approved for the same exact thing that Education One offered me. I noticed the web address to view my approval for both was through teri.org. I am not sure who they are but it seems likely they may be the ones that approve or deny and then the londer you applied through simply funds it. Seems kinda wierd. anyone know anything about this?

Do you have the link to where I can apply for that. I was approved with Bank One and have been sitting on a promissary note with htme for like a week. They have a 9.5% origination fee which is crazy. I have a 690  credit score. If you don't mind sharing what score did you need to qualify?
