I got off the WL already with a 159/3.85. My best friend got off as well with a 153/4.2. So it seems like they might be going for GPAs, if that helps anyone. All the WL admits on LSN from April/May (the really early ones, i think, are people who put WL instead of deferred because no one gets WL'd that early) are high GPAs with so-so LSATs.

waitingsucks, if you didn't get the email, keep your cell on! I agree Central West End is good, there's a lot of places really near campus too (a lot of people live on Wash Ave, you can walk to campus then but you'll also be mixed in with the UG's that way. UG's have to live on campus 'til jr year though, so it's not too bad) I'll actually be living at home (at least first year) because Wash U's tuition is going to murder me ($34K/yr yikes! why did I turn down SLU with $$ lol??) which isn't optimal but I'm only about 15 min from campus so it seems silly not to take advantage of free housing, meals, laundry, etc. My parents are pretty cool, so it'll be fine. I'm actually in Florida right now taking a break from everything except the beach lol but I'll be back in stl for a good part of the summer. good luck to everybody! we should start a yahoo wash u group for those of us that are heading to wustl in the fall! 5

I don't know how this cycle compares to last, but last year's LSN data is a tiny sample and there are 4 WL admits just out of that little pool. If this year looks anything like last year, I'd say there's an excellent chance of >5 total WL admits.

I'd guess really really good. I can't imagine that they wouldn't go to the WL at all after 2nd deposits come back.

 . Yeah, graduation is Friday so it'll be a madhouse Friday, but it'll clear out fast after that. By Sunday, it'll probably be pretty empty around campus.

I got in!!! Phone call this afternoon followed by an email. They said they had a few spots to give out before the June 1 deposits, so there's a few more out there!

 If I get into Wash U, I'll be turning down the money at SLU most likely so somebody will get it! Wash U, c'mon, c'mon, c'mon please LOL
