As a current 1L at Santa Clara I can tell you that there is very little religious pressure / presence at the law school. If it weren't for the Mission and the occasional cross or ringing of the bells, I would forget that the school is Jesuit.
It doesn't seem to be overly conservative either, which is something that I worried about when coming here. In fact it seems like many of the faculty and a good portion of the law class is left leaning / liberal.
