Ensures that in case I get a headache or something, I won't feel it. Instead of waiting for one to start during the exam, being distracted and tired too soon, then waiting for the Tylenol to work, I figure it's worth it to take it pre-emptively. Go figure, I've never had a headache during an exam (that I've noticed, anyway)! 3

You'd be much better served if you did a Judicial EXTERNSHIP during the semester and actually get some class credit to go along with the experience. If you're going to work for free you might as well get something else out of it. I agree. I just externed with a judge this past semester, and it was a great experience. 6

Definitely review your exams! My Torts professor entirely skipped one of my answers. On every question he had marked a point value with a red pen, but on one page he made no marks at all. I explained this to our Dean of Academic Affairs and she had the professor review my exam. (At my school, we're not supposed to contact our professors if we have a question about grading, so I went straight to the dean.) A few days later, I checked my grades again -- and my grade had gone up two steps. Thank goodness I looked at my exam, because my grade had been just at a spot on the curve where a few additional points made a world of difference!

It is a definite weakness of the software. I think the print function is supposed to be improved in OneNote 2007. It should be available soon . . . though maybe not in time for the start of next semester. 9

I think interviewers can tell the difference between desperately wanting to work for their firm in particular and just desperately wanting a job. You should use your genuine interest to your advantage -- it will help you be extra-personable and excited at the callback -- and they will respond to that.
