I would focus more on the resume being readable. Paragraphs tend to bog employers down. They want to glance at the resume and get a good idea about what you offer them from a brief perusal. Use bullet points and try to make the descriptions of your responsibilities as brief as possible. Good luck.

1) Make him Mr. Doe, Esq. 2) His title could be a number of things. Most likely Managing Partner. Or maybe Shareholder. It just depends on the firm. Check his website. Good luck. 8
