Depends on the school.  Most would probably frown on it.  But I bet Pepperdine, Catholic, Notre Dame, BYU, and Samford (Cumberland) would be okay with it.

I've read it and I've recommended it.  I'm just a 0L, so take any of this with a grain of salt.  It is useful for teaching you how to be efficient in your day to day exam preparation.  It is also useful in teaching a test-taking method.  The forks method is more in-depth and easier to apply to all question types than other methods that I've encountered (issue-spotting, IRAC, etc.)  I haven't taken LEEWS yet, so I can't comment on GTM in relation to LEEWS.  I don't see how it could hurt to read it in 2L or 3L.  It really isn't that long.  Hell, I finished it in about 2 days.

I didn't memorize your posts, I looked at your post history.  I thought you were a JD Underground-esque troll, just making T14 or bust type posts.  I see that you are not, and I am sorry for my inflammatory and undeserved remarks.  If you love the law, you are in it for the right reasons.  Good luck with school and with your future endeavors.

Man, your posts are all over the place.  Can you maintain an opinion for an hour even?  You posted that you thought Timmy's assesment was spot on.  Now you say that you are happy with your career assesment, given the fact that you lost your scholarship at a T2, and fell out of his 4 categories of legal success.  Which one is it?  Do you agree that a lower ranked school can provide good enough job prospects to offset the debt, or don't you?

Smarthin, you sound like a broken record.  All of your posts are the same f-ing crap.  Please check this guy's post history if you haven't already.  Also, you fit into one of these mystical 4 categories, and YOU shouldn't have gone to law school.  Dude chose Hofstra full-ride over top 50.  That's fine and dandy, until you lose your scholarship.  But, he's a self-defeating little female dog that should have known that he would crumple under the pressure of law school.  Why don't you spend more energy studying or looking at alternatives to law, rather than lamenting your decision?

You never answered, artard.  Are you going to SMU?  You already know where I'm going.

I shall.  #3 for myself, though I dont start law school until this fall at a T50.  My older brother and a cousin did a T14, however, along with older family members, so I know a little about that.
Let me guess.  SMU?  Am I right on the money?  Bet I am.

God I would love to kick your smug f-ing ass.  You are the douchiest feminine hygiene product I've encountered on this board.  You may be worse than IAmAnXMan.  Ha, I hope you're a flame.  If so, kudos to you my man.  Kudos to you.
