i can't believe i'm actually redecorating my cubicle to pass the time.

also, missyj, boy do i wish i had YOUR boss instead of mine who pops her head in every five minutes with "whadja get do you know let me know when you know i can't wait!"

ok i did the math (although i was a humanities major so who knows if it's right...)

.... around $17,000????!!!  i would do a lot of things for a 180: eat a stick of butter, lose a few choice fingers, etc.  but that's a whole heck of a lot of cold hard cash that could go to a better purpose (oh, say, actually paying for said law school after getting the 180).

would it be terrible for me to write about my struggle with depression in college for an "overcoming adversity" statement?  i could make it interesting but i really don't want adcomms to think it could interfere with my studies or my ability to work under pressure.

It's cool, my boss bugs me every day saying, "do you REALLY want to go to law school?  Because if you decide to stay next year, we will promote you to this big cushy job with lots of money right now.  But if you decide to go to LS, you will stay an Admin Assistant level 3 and spend your days answering phones and licking envelopes."

Sweet.
