I was wondering the same thing. The wording from their website makes it sound as if you must have lived in Georgia for an entire year before enrolling in any school, if you want to be conisdered for in state tuition.  ???

How are the job prospects of students graduating from St. John's? What's the grading curve like? How is the school's atmosphere? Is it true that there is an above average amount of competition within the school? How are the professors? Are there any paid teaching or research positions available for students? How is the area surrounding the law school? Is it relatively safe? Have you seen student housing? If so, what were your impressions? Does the law building look nice? What happens during orientation? Thanks!  :D

Is there anyone else out there that will be attending St John's for the Fall of 2008? I just received my acceptance letter today. I'm curious to hear from some of the current students at the school, if they are willing to take questions.  ;D

People have been robbed ON the campus?  ??? That's scary... But I guess if you use common sense, the risk is very low. I'm mostly attracted to the lofts because they are already furnished. I don't currently own any furniture of my own. But, are there any apartments that are close to the school which you would recommend?

I'm coming from snowy Colorado. I get the feeling it's going to be a major adjustment for me. :D Have you gotten any info about orientation yet? Also, did your initial letter include any mention of scholarship money? Mine didn't, so I wasn't sure if I just didn't receive any, or if I will receive financial information at a later time. Have you interacted with staff or faculty yet? There are a few upcoming events I wanted to attend, but because of financial reasons, I don't think I will be able to make it.  :P

Nope, I haven't lived in GA in about 10 years. It will be a new experience for me. Have you visited student housing? I was considering applying for their loft apartments. How is the area surrounding the school? Is it a commuter school?

Yep, I've be accpeted into the full time day program for Fall 2008. Oh, and I finally got my letter of acceptance last week.  ;D

When did you receive your acceptance letter? I got an e-mail welcoming me to GSU and inviting me to several upcoming events, so I called the school up, and they confirmed I was admitted on 2/4/08. However, I still haven't gotten anything in the mail yet.  >:(  I'm guessing that they send out letters in batches.   :P
