Current Law Students / Re: So which one is it?

I guess I do not remember the question all the way. I have talked to around 10 people from my class we all thought it was Erie. Maybe we are all wrong but I may just not remember the question. Sorry.

If it is an Erie, there must something like the FRCP or other federal statute for REA, correct. If not then RDA is the correct path to take. Is this correct.

Just had my civ pro final. Much debate went on after about an Erie question. It was hidden in a FNC problem dealing with using an out of country tort law that did not allow for con. damages against a state law that did. The question is if this falls under RDA or REA.
what say you?

is this normal? How difficult is it, and do companies consider grades as much a factor as good firms do?

I go to Kansas, people say the oil and gas program is great. Many Denver firms do OCI here.

E&E is the best for civ pro by far! it is almost as good as if you would have read the textbook so you did not need to read E&E a few days before your final  ???
