that totally works with google, but actually, there is a search function--it's on the homepage for the entire site (www.lawschooldiscussion.org), not just the homepage for the prelaw section.

thanks whoisjohngalt. appreciate it. what is everyone doing for computing? cant seem to get a computer with vista since the information that the school sent out over the past week says that the software to take the tests are only compatible on xp or lower. i'm thinking of buying a new laptop with vista and using my present laptop to take exams, while hoping that cornell as a whole transitions to vista over the next year.

Strangely enough, the exam software website says that it does support Vista...

oh, that'd be awesome...otherwise i'd be in the same boat, using my old (xp) computer for tests since my new computer has vista.

First one seen sporting one of those fleece-vests gets an atomic wedgie...

Thanks for the warning.  ;) Fleece vests are kinda popular here in Berkeley.

Wow, are they really?  Maybe Chicago is weird, but I haven't seen someone rockin a fleece vest in probably 6-8 years...

:-[  well...it is berkeley...i dunno. i actually have a fleece vest at work too, and i'm wearing it now because the air conditioning is on too high.

haha, marina, i'm also from the bay area and also have a fleece vest.  guess i'll be leaving it at home.
