I will have an interview with admission dean of UT-law, what should I bring to them besides my resume? Any folks have any questions/comments about this law school?

I just talked to the admission dean of Duke law yesterday asking the same concern, he said if you just cancelled once then it would not hurt your chance. People did that for various yet practical reasons. I am doing badly on the most recent Preptests, now desperatly want to defer or cancel it if taking in next Saturday:(

Anyone can share some research results here? Thank you!

Studying for the LSAT / Anyone out here will take GMAT afterwards?
« on: September 12, 2006, 11:48:47 PM »
I am desperate/panic since Sep30 is coming soon, also see many first Ls are working so hard, ten times harder than I am preparing for LSAT, feel panic about this kind of dark life- now thinking of Business school-it is easier to get into Top 10 Business school, and everyone can party like animals every weekend-

As far as I know, lots of Top 10 law schools have almost equal percentage of male and female, but the gender imbalance of Top 10 B-school is still there. If being an Asian female does not improve the chance of getting into Top 10 law, does that help your chance to Top B-school? How is the job hunting /career advancement afterwards for East Asian Female in Business career? I am thinking of either to apply joint degree or just do one. Any opinions/feedbacks will be appreciated.

Law School Admissions / How many folks here also have taken GMAT?

I am just frustrated about my non-improving LSAT score. It is much earlier to get into Top 10 B-school and study life is also much relaxing. Just harder to find a job afterwards?

It was very frustrated! I have done step by step, input recommender's name and contact info, my background info, the schools I am going to apply for, my credit info, I could not submit at the final step due to some java errors. THe question is- how can i download the general ROL form with the barcode stuff and mail that to my professor without checking out first? I want to give that general ROL form to my professor ASAP!

Thank you!
