Law School Applications / 3.61 GPA/158 LSAT

I'm a Puerto Rican male and really my top schools are UVA, Cornell, and Penn so I know I need to retake in October but I had taken over 20 practice tests before June and was averaging 165 so I'm very disappointed.
I also got a merit-based fee waiver for Seton Hall and I figured once I got my LSAT score back I'd have an excellent chance of landing a full scholly at Seton Hall.
Do you figure a 165 in October gets it done for those three? Could I possibly get in with a lower-160? I'd take all at sticker before taking an SH full ride because my goal is biglaw.
