force, you definetely have a shot at the lower T14 (your choice depends on where you want to live- East Coast, West Coast...If you don't care- just apply everywhere). And absolutely T20 is more then realistic. E.g.USC is a very diverse school, if you are not against LA I think your numbers are fine to get you into it. Good luck!

re- TOEFL, most t20 schools that require a high LSAT (like the ones you mentioned) DO NOT require TOEFL, i am foreign-educated as well and did that research a while ago. Strangely, of the California schools on my list- boalt, usc, ucla, hastings, davis and even stanford-ONLY Davis (which is the lowest ranked among these) had a TOEFL requirement.
I didnt apply there in the end. Was to lazy to take an addtional test ;D ;D

So most likely you won't face additional application documents in your situation! Good luck!

sent in my USC deposit this week...

Had pretty much same dillema (no UW only) and also picked up USC (and also want to live in NoCal afterwards)
I think it`s much a better prospective...
