So the CC deals with economic and noneconomic activity and the DCC deals only with economic activity?

Basically, federal law trumps state law?

Hi,

Can someone please tell me the main difference between the dormant commerce clause and the commerce clause? I know the cases and tests, but just want to know the difference between the two because sometimes i get them mixed up.

Any help would be great! Thanks in advance

Can someone suggest a good Wills, Trusts and Estates supplement book. I hear the EE is not very good, so I"m looking for something better.

Also, anyone have a good supplement for Con Law I and II that is not so dense like the Chemirensky one?

Thanks in advance!

So, Im in at Valpo law school and Im exited. But, I never realized how small the town was. I come frmo a big town with losts of diversity (as I am a minority myself). So I go to the website and see that this school doesnt really have the much diversity to it.

So i'm a little concerned that I might not fit in. If anyone out there has heard anything about valpo, gone to valpo, or might know someone who went to valp...could you please let me know some stuff about it.

For instance...in the law school is there diversity, will I see more than just white walls staring back at me?
Is the place safe to live....where is the best place to live?
Hows the law school, the professors and so forth?
Its a luthern school, but are there other religions represented in the school.

So, i'm off tomm to look at the town, but some insight would be reeally helpful!!

Hope to hear from you guys soon!
Thanks
Bye!!

Ok,

So in going to umkc and I"m a partime student. I just saw that they will only let me take three classes...which sucks ass!! I'm wanting to know, if any of you out there have done this or heard of this.

Do you think they will let me take a full load or maybe more claasses if I ask. I applied parttime because I though I would be working and have decided not to.

I"m kind of scared to ask....but I know I have to, because going part time would be a real waste of time, and all of my other seat deposits for other schools have past....

Any suggestions?
