This is probably a good idea, even if the question you write a canned answer for never actually shows up on the test. If it does, great, if not, it was good practice writing rule statements.

11) Don't be "that guy." He doesn't get a job. Don't get too drunk, don't sleep with your professors (or too many of your classmates), don't go to class when you have the plague, don't talk poo on people, don't talk about grades, and don't drag around a massive wheelie-bag. Do shower every day, do put clothes on that don't make you look like a harlot,  and do talk to people and make friend.

You forgot one: don't tell other people what they should not do.

Someone has a wheelie bag.

and I talk about grades!

Noooo! I don't talk about grades at all. I don't even want to HEAR OTHER PEOPLE talking about their grades. Personal preference I guess.

One thing for the 1Ls: "Not getting it" is part of law school. If you never have moments where you're confused about how everything is supposed to fit together, then you're probably missing something. I found that my worst grades the whole year were in classes where I felt like I understood everything the whole time.

1.Passing the bar is what it's all about.

2. When will you sit Jules?

3. Palin is making your boy look foolish.

1. Foolish, really?

2. McCain realizes that if he wins she actually has to be VP, right?

3. I feel bad for Tim Pawlenty

Remember what you thought of the people on student council? This is just like that.  There are other, better resume builders around.

This was my attitude towards SBA officers until I actually worked with some over the summer. I think it's a fine resume builder if you want to present yourself as someone who gets involved in an organization and is good at planning things. It's good to be involved in SOMEthing just to show that you have time-management skills. It could be SBA or something else.
