I just made it through the application cycle with a nastier, much more recent criminal record. Your record is by no means prohibitive, but I would certainly advise applying to more schools than you would otherwise. I received quite a few acceptances, including one of my top choices from a solid Tier 1, but was rejected by a few other schools. I didn't have any success with T14s despite a competitve LSAT and GPA because of my record, probably. Check the state bar. Texas, for example, won't allow felons but is more forgiving of crimes involving chemical dependancy.
