Studying and Exam Taking / Day between exams« on: November 21, 2008, 05:38:49 PM »
I know some people will probably get pissed at this, since some people have exams one day after another.
During 1L, our exams were spaced out with at least two days between. This semester, two of my exams have only one day between them. Any tips on how to prepare for that second one? What strategies did you use? 5

And now I'm worried, like, if I get horrible grades will I not get an offer from my firm after the summer? Let's hope all of it will come back to us come exam time :\ 9
Studying and Exam Taking / Re: lack of motivation in 2L« on: October 18, 2008, 07:14:05 PM »Sounds normal. I think law school and the job search process burns most people out. You just have to deal with it until winter break. Try taking some classes that actually interest you next semester. Also, try taking a clinic or an externship - usually, those are pass/fail, they eat up a lot of credits, and they beat sitting in class any day. I'm definitely taking an externship next semester. I'm really pumped about it -- I definitely can't wait until winter break. The bad thing is, we just got off of fall break and I'm still all grr. hah. 10

is this normal? :\ i can't get up as early as i used to, and i just generally feel bleh. i have a job for next summer, so i'm sure that contributes to my apathy after such a nutty job searching process.
