If you think a job at 100K is financial success, you're doing it wrong.

Where should I go next fall? / Re: What to do!!!

I applied to Yale, but no word back yet.  I don't want to live in NY city, so NYU won't work for me.  But you're probably right about getting a scholarship.

Cambridge has so much more to offer.

Studying for the LSAT / Re: October 1996 preptest, S1, LG, #2 & #3
« on: December 11, 2009, 03:58:10 AM »
I scored a 172 on my first preptest (this is my second preptest)

Let's be real here..... ::)

 ??? I am being serious. I've been studying since January. I will admit that the score took me by surprise. I was expecting to score somewhere between the 130s-140s...

January, February, March, April, May, June, July, August, September, October, November, and half of December, and you're on your second practice test...AND after almost 12 months of studying you expected to score in the 140s...

Anyway, good luck with your prep (unless you're really me, in which case I'm just saying that to myself)!

With all your shameless self-promotion, you guys don't need shills.

You're stuck with the 2.9.  Ace the LSAT.

Tell them the term papers you wrote.  And make the topics sound really long scholarly like "Rising Hemispheric Temperatures and their Social and Economic Impact on the Nuclear Family" instead of "What I Did This Summer."
