Current Law Students / Re: UT cutoff for top 10% and Law Review GPA
« on: January 27, 2008, 12:35:32 AM »
I have also heard 3.80 -- I am 2L at UT.  There is not a strict cut-off.

Having a 3.8 does not guarantee being on law review though... as you mentioned, there is still a write-on.

If everyone will let me know as they move to Austin (or if they're already living there) I'll keep a running tab in the first post.  So far I've got archival, tonyp, and LonghornDUG as current residents.

I live in Austin (15 miles north of campus..).  I'll be moving to a small apartment on Red River a quarter mile north of the law school in July.

PM me if anyone has any questions about Austin, and I'll do my best to help out.

I'll be walking distance.  Less than a half mile, just north of campus on Red River.

I just dropped off my deposit last week.   I currently live and work in North Austin (183 & Duval if you know the area..) and will be moving down closer to campus in July.

Hook 'em!

I'll be there, too.

scholarship offers should come 1-2 weeks later..
