If you have a practice test for white collar, or federal criminal law, will you please provide me with link or email? Most exam archives are login protected, I'd appreciate it!

I'm not sure if there is a board for this already but i was hoping somebody had old practice tests they would like to share for white collar/federal criminal law. Money laundering, mail fraud, etc. Most of the law schools exam archives require logging in. I would really appreciate it if someone could provide me with one. I like to see as many fact patterns as possible before the exam

Scholarship amounts make both schools about even price...I'm having an extremely difficult time deciding. I love Indianapolis, but I know UK is regarded as maybe a better school. I'm wondering if other people have insight that maybe I haven't thought about yet. I have plenty of friends at UK, but none in Indy (not that it should matter, but it does a little).

I like it and think its a very empowering story. I don't see it as revenge, but maybe you can just be sure to send the message about how you've grown from this and how these circumstances have shaped you and omit anything that may hint that you're bitter.

I am writing a 500 word diversity essay and I do not see myself as a 'diverse' individual. (white female, straight from undergrad, no deep dark issues, etc.). Can someone please give me some advice about how I can tackle this topic? I have a few ideas, but more would be appreciated. Thank you.

If the law schools asked you to list all of the schools you're applying to and you later decide to apply to more of them, should you let them know? Why do they even ask this question?

My opinion would be that it's unlikely to change the university's decision. However, it may be very helpful if you get waitlisted..depending on the school.

it isnt going to hurt you. just fire off a quick note to include in your application packet and say "it was an isolated incident a long time ago, and honestly i forgot"
you will have to disclose it again for your character and fitness application for the bar
dont worry about it
So they have no way of knowing until i fill out the information for the bar exam? I am going to have to call and see if any of this was even reported on my record because I remember thinking it was never formally charged. However, if it was reported, i was afraid I wouldn't be accepted anywhere because they thought I was a liar
