I worked up to 20 hours throughout my 2L and it was not a problem. Also, I know that at my school it was a rule ( and ABA rule?) that full time students could not work more than 20 hours during the semester.

I'm sorry Shellby, was that too harsh? By the way, lawyers and law students are a-holes, so you should prepare yourself. How many people do you know that hire attorneys? Zero? When you start school, and you realize that it takes a mean s.o.b. to excell, then maybe we will discuss the proper criteria required to be a succesful lawyer.
I said, "good day sir!"
Oh, my bad. I didn't realize that Yellow was the elder statesman on this board. How benevolent of you to extend your expertise with the lowly people from T3/T4, I am sure your advice is priceless. Also, if you repeatedly misspell a word, and no one points it out how will they ever learn. Should we adjust the spelling of words to accomodate the retard? From now on "majority" will be spelt "magority."
Good day sir.

Do not go to FAMU. It just received accreditation 2 years ago, and is probably the worst law school in FLorida, which is saying alot. I wouldn't go to Arkansas-LR either unless you plan on practicing in Arkansas, which if you've never been there, it sucks. I would say either Florida Coastal or Valpo. Both can get you into a decent market, Miami, Jax, or Chicago, Indi for Valpo.
It does matter.
Content based discrimination is allowed under specific circumstances, wheras, viewpoint discrimination is never allowed. Such as the transit authority can prohibit all ads for political parties, as long as the forum has never been open to political speech, but once open it cannot thereafter prohibit any politician from advertising based upon there political affiliation. Of course there are exceptions to this as well, but in general this is the rule.
"Psych majors suck balls. Majorly." I believe it was Freud who said that. I find it was the only valid statement ever made by him, and when those psych majors grow up to be attorneys, they tend to increase in their overall ability to suck exponentially.
