Transferring / Transfer Question: Worth it to go Wayne State to U of Arizona?« on: January 27, 2008, 07:22:15 PM »
I really want to practice in the Phoenix area and have family there and such. I'm at the top third of my class after this first semester at WSU and am doing whatever I can to get a Phoenix job. Would it be beneficial to try to transfer to UArizona or ASU if I want to work in Phoenix?

With top 40%, you almost certainly wouldn't have a chance at the full time program.
For the part time programs, maybe try GMU, WCL, and Catholic if they have a PT program. If you feel like throwing away $80 (or whatever it is) you MAY have a shot at GWU, but that's highly unlikely. I think applying to GMU you should emphasize that you want to work in VA forever and are moving specifically for work. 4

Keep searching, friend. Yeah, it's password protected. I wouldn't have a problem just sending it to you, but I believe that's the same as sending others an exam off of the exam bank. i.e. A complete no-no and apparently unethical. But yeah, maybe try looking for the specific prof or just getting a generic outline and rearranging it as you talk about subjects. 5
