If you are going to get supplements, check out aspen's "Examples and Explanations" series. I have always found it be useful.

Your right. I am trying to make the poster feel better- but yes, I suffer from usage errors.

No....

1. Guy offers promise for performance
2. Other guy counters with promise for promise
3. An agreement is made, promise for promise
4. Promise + Promise = bilateral contract

But I may be wrong. Next time longer and clearer hypo.

Use the complaint as the template. Change the name to Answer. Use the same numbers as well- it makes it easier.

Because everybody was up late the night before. They have stress, and they don't want to be at the lawschool.

I know a guy who went to a 4T and became a personal injury lawyer. Now he is worth millions, with his own firm and is widely respected in my area. He may have had a bad LSAT, but the guy is good with numbers and business.

Just throwing that out there.

Grades are important, but go get yourself published. In the eyes of profs that is the only thing that matters. Set yourself up outside of the curve if your having trouble.
