Have you tried calling the school? Call them and ask about close and safe neighborhoods and then check out apartments on craigslist.

If you are confident that you can score higher on the LSAT (you can never be certain), and you can take some time off, then I would apply for next year. You will likely get into more competitive schools and more $$$ from the schools which have already accepted you.

SJ's students seem more confident as well. Do you feel confident in your ability to land a job and practice law? What is the general confidendce level on campus.
