Hey I am interested in the apts you have for rent. I would be interested for the summer for now as I am also doing the SLU Summer Institute (I am 99% sure but I have other offers to schools and its kind of hard to to this conditional program but i feel that SLU is the better school). After I know that I am in, I would be willing to talk about a 1 yr lease. Please post some more info about the apt and what kind of price you are looking for or leave me your email or # so we can enter into negotiations. Also what else do you know about the Summer Institute program?
