I'm looking for a 1L roommate (or two or three). I'd like to move around July 1st in the Allston/Brighton area. If you're also roommate/apartment hunting message me.

I think my plan is to sublet for the summer and then go looking for a year long lease once I move up there. That way I can learn the city and know where I want to live while also waiting out my waitlists.

Hopefully all the good apartments won't be gone by then.

I'll be looking around the apartment complexes in the Hartford/West Hartford/Farmington area in 2-3 weeks, so I'll post what I find when I get back if that's helpful.

It seems there is a real lack of UConn students around. I guess it is a pretty small school though. I'll probably be a 1L there is a few months.

Good luck with your application!

Most likely I'll be in Hartford come August.

Are there any suggestions for housing? I've heard that West Hartfoard is the best place to be, any specific housing developments?

Thanks for any suggestions.

Wow, about thirty links have been used (I posted them on the student board and xoxohth) and these are the first thank-you's I've gotten (I got one on xoxo too but it didn't seem sincere)

You guys are welcome!

Yes, thank you! Much appreciated!
