Where should I go next fall? / info on u. of washington?« on: January 30, 2006, 07:10:29 AM »could anyone tell me a little bit about the u. of washington? it seems like seattle would be a nice place to live, and the school seems to be well-respected, but i've never been to the area and haven't really had a chance to talk to anyone who knows anything about the school and the law program. i'd be grateful if someone in the know would say a few things about uw. i can post more specific questions too if you'd like... mostly i'm just wondering if the quality of life is good and if the students are happy and such. and, you know, if it's easy to get a job and things like that. thanks in advance!! 3
Where should I go next fall? / where can I get money??« on: July 20, 2005, 03:30:05 AM »I'm kinda hoping to drop down the rankings a bit in return from some scholarship money... are there schools that are known to be more generous than others in this regard? I have a 3.4, 173... undergrad was top 10 liberal arts, I've been out of school for 5 years, 3 of them spent teaching English abroad (wondering if this is gonna help or hurt??). I'm hoping for somewhere on the west coast. Thanks in advance for any ideas!!!
