I didn't score impressively. Would they usually still ask your LSAT score when interviewing you to judge you? Especially big firms--they are certainly picky.

Transferring / how to transfer from a part-time program to a full-time program« on: July 28, 2005, 01:40:44 PM »
I got in a 3-tier part-time program this year but would like to transfer to a 1st-tier full-time program next year. I am wondering how could this be done? Anyone has similar experience?
The part-time program I am in does not allow me to take extra classes. In order to transfer, I believe most of the school require certain credits. Is there any other way to take some extra credits, not necessarily at the same school. For example, to take some classes at the target 1st tier school? How easily could this be done? If not possible, can I still transfer after the second year study at part-time program? I know I will waste some money/time. But that's okay. 3

vs. USF part time with a full time patent agent position in a big firm In the long run, which option will benefit me the most. Me: Ph.D degree in bioscience. Is reputation of the law school imporatnt for the career specifically in patent prosecution/litigation? Thanks!
