I have the 1999 version of EZ Rules.  I could not find one that is more current. I know their have been several revisions made to the FRCP.  I don't care about minor changes.  My question is have there been any MAJOR revisions since this book was published?  Thanks.

« on: December 14, 2006, 07:33:50 PM »
Under FRCP 19a (compulsory joinder) and FRCP 24a (intervention of right), my prof said that complete diversity does not matter.  So does that mean if P1 (VA) v. D1 (SC) and then D2 (VA) comes into the case by either 19a or 24a that that would be OK?  Thanks.

How many of you guys brief your cases from Legalines and not read the actual case in the book?  I have found myself doing this lately b/c it saves much time and confusion.
