IS IT EVEN REMOTELY POSSIBLE THAT EVERY SINGLE TEST CENTER IN THE UNITED STATES IS CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE?

I'M TRYING TO REGISTER FOR THE 9/29 TEST DATE, AND THERE IS NO DATES THAT ARE HIGHLIGHTED. I'M TAKING THIS TO MEAN THESE DATES ARE NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE. CAN ANYONE CONFIRM THIS, AND ADVISE IF ONE CAN WAITLIST FOR A TEST DATE?
I'm basically looking to see if there are others out there, I'm sure there are its just a matter of finding them, in a similar situation as myself: Graduating next month after taking like 6 classes, scheduled to take the December LSAT while not feeling all that ready for it, and havent immersed in the LS school application process yet, and really want to attend a T14. I guess I'm wondering how many out there are behind 8 ball in the application process? Its always nice to know that you're not alone, and if you find yourself in this situation, I would love to hear back from you. I feel as though my walls are caving in at the moment. Thanks and much love.
Ok so I'm registered to take the LSAT October 1st, but was thinking of delaying the test until December 3rd. I'm taking 23 semester hours at the moment (my last semester in undergrad) and think its getting in the way of the October test. My question is this: If I take the DEcember test, do you guys think I'll be at a severe disadvantage in getting into the schools I'm applying to: T14s, and some others. My UGPA is a 3.7 and, for whatever they're worth, practice test scores of 168,171,172,174,172,173. Any advice would be most appreciated.
So I have quite a few withdrawals on my transcript, which my school considers them non-punitive as they were done before the Withdrawal deadline. All in all, I have about 12 on there. This is due to various reasons, for example, having to drop out of school for a semester to go overseas. The others are because of work and stuff and the other are sort of hit and miss (here and there). I was actually performing fairly well in these classes, but had to withdrawal. I was wondering if I should submit an addendum for this, and how do you think it will affect their decisions.
UPGPA 3.69 Practice scores of 169,172,171,172 (if that matters)
I'm in need of a little guidance for the PS to the T-14 schools that I'm applying to. I thought that one should write about something that makes them different from other applicants. How can one write about what makes them stand out and not writing a boring ass PS? Any advice, please give. Thanks
