I am interested in pursuing an entertainment law career in LA. I am 35 and have a Ph.D. in psychology and prefer to go to a part-time program (Southwestern or Loyola) because I have a great job that pays well, is very flexible, and only about 20-30 hrs/wk. However, if I were to go to USC, I would have to go full-time (which would be more of a financial strain). How much difference will it really make if I go to USC vs. a school like Loyola?
I'm considering the part-time (evening) programs at both Loyola and Southwestern. It seems that Loyola has a better reputation, but if I get a scholarship to Southwestern, I'm considering going there (3.7, 170). Does anyone have an opinion on whether it would be preferable to go to Loyola, even if I get a scholarship to Southwestern?
