« on: March 12, 2006, 02:07:04 PM »
Is anyone willing to share their classnotes/outlines for these 1L classes?

Contracts
Crim Law
Con Law
Environmental Law

I'll trade you my Property, Civ Pro, and Torts notes/outlines if you want.

Thanks, PM me.

I'm assuming the study methods are different for these classes than the casebook classes.

Current Law Students / Outlining....

How do you make your outlines? What do you put in them? How often do you work on them?

Tell me about outlines...I'm a 1L and looking for suggestions of methods that have worked for others.

Thanks!

(Posted this on the Study board but very little traffic there)

Studying for the LSAT / Missing the LSAT registration deadline!!
« on: January 29, 2005, 02:50:43 PM »
Does anyone know if there is ANY way to register or take the LSAT AFTER the late deadline (it was January 24 for the February 2005 LSAT). One of my students amazingly forgot to register for the February exam until today, and now he might be stuck waiting another year to apply to and attend law school.   :-\

Is there ANY solution at all to this tragedy? Is there a way for him to take the test as a standby, as you can do for the SAT?? I don't suppose schools would provisionally accept applicants and then take the June scores, do they?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
