Acceptances / Seat Deposit Nightmare

WVU has the most complicated seat deposit procedure:
1. Fill out and send in a Supplementary Law School Application.
2. Invoice is issued and sent to applicant.
3. Send payment with invoice, all by April 11.
I live overseas. I was accepted on 3/1 and I haven't yet received the supplementary application. I've tried to contact the admissions office with very little success. When I first heard about the procedure, I wrote and asked them if there could be any shortcuts (i.e. sending items electronically, faxing, credit card payment, etc.) and they responded by telling me none of those options were possible. With mail taking 2-3 weeks to reach me from the U.S, I don't see how I can meet an April 11 deadline with four transatlantic postal journeys. I really want to go to WVU. The last few days, panic has set in and I've tried e-mailing and calling. E-mails have gone unanswered and when I call, I only get an answering machine (I have left messages).
Those of you who have been admitted to WVU - Have you received the Supplementary Application you need to fill out in order to get the invoice to pay the seat deposit? Could you scan it and send to me?? steve@mrmontgomery.com
