General Off-Topic Board / another ipod question
« on: March 28, 2005, 01:03:20 PM »
for those with ipod and other mp3 player experience this question is for you: does sony have a comparable mp3 player to the ipod? and if so, can i use itunes to download music?

i'm seriously considering buying the ipod 30gb picture one, but almost every other electronic device i have is made by sony, because i love sony. so before make this purchase and regret it, i'd like some feedback. i went to the ipod store over here but they weren't any help, and the sony store wasn't either.

thoughts?

i was just wondering this about myself, my majors were economics and philosophy. i know that the analytical aspect will be fruitful, but i was wondering how many people actually plan to have careers related to their UG majors? list UG majors and career goals please. i'll start by saying i want to work in the international law field and do something relating economic growth and development.

Law School Applications / E-mailling Admissions People
« on: January 15, 2005, 05:27:16 PM »
Earlier in the year, at a law school fair, i received several cards from directors of admissions and the like who told me to "keep in touch." my problem is i don't know what to say really. i don't have any questions to ask, and i especially don't have any questions that require the attention of people in their position.. anyway, my question is: can anyone think of a clever way to e-mail them so maybe they'll give my app some special attention (clever being the operative word). or should i e-mail them at all?

LSAC and LSDAS / LSDAS Reports
« on: January 13, 2005, 09:20:11 PM »
Does anyone know which schools receive their reports electronically and which get it by mail? Particularly I'm interested in Gtown, American, Wake, Richmond, Washington in St. L, and GW.
