Got waitlisted at GMU yesterday which was the last school I was waiting to hear from. Feels good to finally be done with this chapter of my law school career!

Letter came in standard sized envelope. Said that the admissions committee hsa voted to offer me admission as soon as space becomes available. Goes on to say that they believe they have offered admission to enough people but that there is a chance spots will become available. In the case that spots do open up, I would given priority over those on the waiting list.
I have decided to go to Temple FT so I am going to withdraw. Just wanted to give all of you still waiting to hear an update. I submitted my app. in mid-January, didn't get a complete notice but imagine it was early Feb. 4

General board for soon-to-be 1Ls / Filling out a School's Financial Aid Form before deciding to attend« on: February 21, 2005, 10:57:30 AM »
I was accetped to Temple over the weekend, and, although there is a very good chance I will go in the fall, I am still holding on to hope that either Penn or Georgetown will accept me. The problem is that with the acceptance, Temple included a financial aid form that needs to be returned by March 1st if I want to be considered for a variety of scholarships. My question is whether or not I should fill it out and send it in knowing that there is at least a chance I may not go there. Basically, am I binding myself to Temple by sending it in?
Thoughts would be appreciated. 8

Just got the acceptance via snail mail. Came in a large white envelope. Went complete in early January, #'s below.

Acceptances / Pseudo acceptance from Rutgers Camden« on: February 17, 2005, 08:48:58 PM »
Got a letter from Rutgers Camden today. Pretty bizarre. Basically said that they wanted to accept me but that I wouldn't get a decision until May 1st unless I wanted it sooner in which case I could ask them to expediate the process. To get a decision sooner, they asked for an additional letter expressing my interest in RC. They did say I would be a good candidate for a scholoarship and invited me to a meet with the dean in April.
