Indiana - Bloomington / Extra classes while in law school?

Howdy all.

I was curious: does anyone know how to take classes outside the law school while currently attending the law school, like language classes? When I was debating where to go, people at IU told me it was possible but weren't too specific.

Indiana Univ. with money. About $13,500 for 2nd and 3rd years.

In-state tuition, too, but g-d, I want to get out of Indiana.

Where should I go next fall? / Analyze my school list, please

Allo.
I am desperately seeking some sort of validation with my choices, and the crowd here is incredibly knowledgable, so I beseech you kids to analyze my school list and tell me where I'm stupid, shaky, or spot-on. Any suggestions about where I should apply would be appreciated as well. Thanks in advance.

Stats, first:
GPA: 3.27 (with one semester to go and 3.6 in the last year and a half)
LSAT: 163
English major so my PS should be pretty good.

Alright. Let's begin, in no particular order:

1) Boston Univ.
2) George Washington Univ.
3) IU-B (live in-state)
4) Univ. of Pitts
5) American Univ.
6) Temple
7) Villanova
8. Kent
9) Boston College
10) Washington University

Also, on a scale from 1 to 10, how big of a pipe dream is Penn?

Any help would be greatly appreciated and I can reward any assistance with a pirate joke or two.
