Anyone have any idea what the stereotypical most difficult and easy practices are in a large law firm? Which practices will bring in the highest pay? Which offer the most job security?

Does anyone have outlines for these courses or know where I can find some?
I need some advice. I really want to land a Big Law summer associate position and I am having difficulty. Recently I transferred to a top-20 school and thought that I would be well positioned to land a job in a secondary market like Minneapolis or Milwaukee, but I have had no luck. To make matters worse, I just found out yesterday that I did not make it on to any journal. Am I screwed? Do you need to be on Law Review or a journal in order to land a Big Law job?

does anyone have an outline for 'The American Constitutional Order: History, Cases, and Philosophy?' i would pay $$ if you do. please let me know.
I am 1L at a T3 and hoping to transfer after this semester. Currently, with a 3.32 gpa I fall in the top 14%. Can anyone weigh in as to the likelihood of me getting into GULC EA, WUSTL, U of Minn., Emory, George Washington? Also, if I'm not sure where I want to practice (it could be in the midwest or west coast) which schools will carry me the best geographically?
