One of my other favorite topics....

So last night, I was craving ribs and had the Jack Daniels ribs and shrimp from Friday's.  YUM!!!!!  :P :P I was a member of the Clean Plate Club (to which I have a lifetime membership!).  I felt so greedy - here I am with ribs and my bf ordered a salad!! :o  Men like women who aren't ashamed to eat, right...

Financial Aid / Does FAFSA send paperwork in the mail?

I filled out my FAFSA in January and everything is complete. However, I was expecting some kind of confirmation in the mail and have not received anything.  Do they send you a hard copy of the report? 

I haven't done this since 2000, so I may be a little behind the times!!

Where should I go next fall? / Any Catholic acceptances today?

I received an e-mail saying that I would be notified by the end of January. I haven't heard anything yet, so I am assuming that a rejection letter will be in the mail soon.  Are others that received the same e-mail but haven't heard anything yet?

I am still hoping there is a ray of hope that I will get in since I see that people with lower numbers on lawschoolnumbers.com have been accepted.

I'm going MAD!!! :o

Where should I go next fall? / What does this letter from U of MD mean???

So - I receive a letter at my permanent address from U of MD stating that my request for in-state tuition has been granted.  Do they send this letter to everyone, or only to people who were accepted.  Has anyone else received this letter?  My application is supposedly still under review....  What up with the strange correspondence????

Don't want to get my hopes up, but it would be nice to be in SOMEWHERE!!! :-\

Denials / Ding e-mails

Do any of the schools notify its ding-ees via e-mail?  I am just asking because I would have much rather received an e-mail from GWU notifying me that my app was a joke rather than waiting for a letter.  Especially now that I know they send acceptance e-mails! >:(

Studying for the LSAT / 2 days with LR Bible - Tips?

 :-\I know that it probably won't help much, but for those of you who have used it, what chapters would your suggest I make sure to cover.  Obviously I won't get through the whole thing....just trying to give myself the last little advantage.

Law School Applications / GULC Application Frozen

Anyone else having trouble today?  I guess we are all trying to get this done before the EA/ED deadline.  My internet explorer crashes every time I open the app. >:(
