Where should I go next fall? / SoCal Tier 3-4 LAte Decisons

SO I got rejected from USD and accepted to Cal Western and Chapmen as of now and Im still waitlisted at Pepperdine and bein as how from the timing og this post I have been lazy and unmotivated to do anything, my grades werent good enough to warrant scholarship money from any of them. I live in New Jersey and have never seen California let alone live there but am determined to. Does anyone have any suggestions or comments on the 3 schools or if i should choose between the 2 I am accepted to or wait longer for Pepperdine or what. I figure I have until the middle of July to decide as Ive paid the down payments for Cal Western and doing so for Chapman wont be a problem even if i dont go. Thanks

Another noob here just wanting to get some feedback from the veterans on what you all think my chances are on being accepted to these school.
(Good,50/50,bad)

3.4 GPA
156 (shameful) LSAT

1.U San Deigo
2. UC Davis
3. Fordham
4. Loyola
5. Rutgers-Newark
6. UC Santa Clara
7. Chapman

I live in NJ, am white, am male for all the possible minority benefit questions that may arise. I go to a smallish but tough state school and am going to graduate with a degree in philosphy.

Any thoughts or opinions would be greatly appreciated.
