Law School Applications / Refusing to report ethnicity

How do people feel about declining to report their ethnicity? Do you think that admission committees would really not prejudge your application if you did?

Law School Applications / RE: New LSAT Policy
« on: August 14, 2006, 01:28:30 PM »
I would just like to float a comment:

I've heard that the ABA recently changed their policy regarding LSAT scores (reporting the highest, rather than the average, for purposes of inclusion into ABA). Could this be, in part, a response to the declining number of tests administered?

You can see that four years ago they had 148,014 administered tests and at the end of last year 137,444. Admittedly not a large difference, but considering the decline has been consistent, perhaps they wanted to address the problem before it started cutting into their bottom line.

Thoughts?
