How do people feel about declining to report their ethnicity? Do you think that admission committees would really not prejudge your application if you did?

I would just like to float a comment:
I've heard that the ABA recently changed their policy regarding LSAT scores (reporting the highest, rather than the average, for purposes of inclusion into ABA). Could this be, in part, a response to the declining number of tests administered? You can see that four years ago they had 148,014 administered tests and at the end of last year 137,444. Admittedly not a large difference, but considering the decline has been consistent, perhaps they wanted to address the problem before it started cutting into their bottom line.
