Where should I go next fall? / going to cooley

So, it looks like I may be going to the king of t.t.t.s. Here's the sich; I have really bad grades, ok lsats and no money or credit. So far I figure I can go to cooley, ave maria or thomas jefferson since they all seem to offer money rather easily, especially cooley and t.j. with their 100% tuition for people with my lsats. My only other option is wisconsin which I can afford since I'm in state but I probably won't get into because of my gpa.
Ok, here's the actual question; is there any other law school with full rides based only on lsat besides cooley and t.j.?

I have my personal statement rough draft done for Wisconsin and I would like somebody on here to give it a look to see if it's way off or what. I would like to apply this week since I'm in state it's probably my only chance at a tier 1. So, if anyone is up for reading 2 pages, besides downy, please let me know your e-mail. Thanks.

Law School Applications / when to apply

Ok, I have a 161/166 on the lsats with the 166 being the more recent taking and a 2.2 gpa from a crappy school. Should I wait until after this semester to apply so I will have a 2.3 or 2.4 cumulative or should I apply right away?
