Law School Applications / WI FinAid Tax Return request, plus WI student ID #.« on: January 28, 2006, 03:55:03 AM »
Came with a yellow cover letter asking for a completed '05 tax return and gives a student ID#.
I'm just wondering if this means anything good, or if everyone gets it? Thanks for any help. -Tom 2

Has anyone applied to this school via the school's own dedicated online app? (Not LSAC.)

I thought it would be interesting to see the percentage of people who used one. I'm located overseas where that is not an option. Even a bookstore with english titles is at least a 5 hour drive!

Has anyone applied to UCLA electronically but not had their LSAC report requested for a couple weeks? Out of all the schools, this is the only one that didn't request the report immediately.

I uploaded my essays to LSAC but it's taking over 6 hours for the .pdf file to show. Usually it takes only a couple mins. anyone have similiar problems?

Does anyone know what delay there is from transmitting your application electronically via LSAC until the school considers it "received". I know for some school like georgetown, after you submit it with their own online application, it's instantaneously received. Is it the same if you use LSAC's electronic or is there a delay?
Note I'm not talking about the LSAC report... that takes 8-10 days. I just mean the actual application. Thanks! 10

I've seen posts talking about how long ltrs of rec take, but does anyone know how long it takes for the schools to get the LSAC report after it's processed and sent by LSAC? It says 8-10 days but does anyone know if it's sooner?
I just submitted my first applications today. Whew.. kinda a rush.
