I dont know where to put this, but I am still in high school so ill put it here. I read this about the University of Texas Law School at Austin..is this how things are at all schools or just this one:
The class meeting times are set by the administration and faculty and are spread throughout the week with at least two classes each day. No changes to the schedule or reduction in course load will be made because of personal convenience or outside employment. The faculty believes that students should not engage in outside employment during the first year of law study because it tends to weaken the first-year educational experience and lower law school performance.
i am really worried about which major to pick for my undergrad studies..im 17 and will be choosing a college any day now..my main problem is choosing a good major..i know pre law is not a prerequisite, but i want to be the most prepared for law school..anybody have any opinions on which one would help best? i saw a poll on the internet that 35% of attorneys said liberal arts was the best major to pick..anybody with an opinion? (i know there is no "best" major)
